William and Nell Van Dortby ~Madame-Kikue

Drew/outlined this pic from my previous summer vacation... and then finished it for today. XP I wanted to draw other different characters in this pic, since I "mostly" draw Victor, Victoria, and/or Scraps.

Anyway, here's William and the harpy... er, I mean Nell Van Dort, the parents of Victor Van Dort. I have to admit; Nell seems to be an okay character (after all she was voiced by Tracy Ullman). But I like William better, since his personality and his character design seems decent.

Sorry if there's any errors on this pic. I could've merge down a little, but.... eh, oh well. XP Enjoy.

Here's a curious little factoid: Tim Burton and HBC's children are named William and Nell, too.

Well, I do know that Tim's son was named 'Billy.' Also, little 'Nellie' was born in around 2008's.

Lol I've always like William. He just seemed so laid back and cool with things. I don't know why, but I get the feeling that he was quite the daredevil in his younger days.

Anyway, great job on these two! I missed seeing your drawings.

Yeah, unlike Nell Van Dort, William does seems to be cool with things while being patient, and of course seems to be the only parent who cares his son, Victor, very much.

I actually remember reading a fanfic about how Nell was always angry towards Victor because she wanted a girl, and it kinda focused on the relationship William and Victor had growing up. It was really cute. ^^
