Drew/outlined this pic from my previous summer vacation... and then finished it for today. XP
After I drew William and Nell Van Dort, here's the "lovely" couple of aristocracy, Finis and Maudeline Everglot, the parents of Victoria.
Even though I like the character design, I still dislike them because of their personalities (after all, Maudeline was being cruel to her own daughter).
