Edward and Susan

EDITOR'S NOTE: In 2012 film, Mr. Frankenstein's name was "Edward." Not Ben, just Edward. Mr. Frankenstein's name, Ben, was in the 1984 short film, while his name "Edward" was from the 2012 film. Just to remind you.

Edward and Susan Frankenstein, Victor's parents, from the upcoming film, "Frankenweenie." Yep, after I drew the previous pic, it's now Victor's parents' turn to be in this drawing.

Though, what's really surprising was that Martin Short (love that actor ) did the voice of Mr. Frankenstein (along with the other voices of the characters, Nassor and the Mayor), after he did in the previous Burton's film, "Mars Attack." Even though the roles of these characters were a lot different than Shelly Duvall's and Daniel Stern's (Mr. Frankenstein's name was Ben in the short) from the 1984 short film, I give kudos for Short and O'Hara for now. After all, it's good to see Catherine O'Hara did another role in Tim Burton's film, after she did the voice of Sally .... and Shock from TNBC.


This was actually based off the character poster of these couple as references, but different expression. Meh, sorry for the hands or the anatomy; it wasn't that easy. XP


By the way..... did I mention that Susan looks like Victoria Everglot in this pic?
