Description
Alice Kingsleigh (from Burton verison of βAlice in Wonderlandβ) as a mermaid. Part of my "belated" merman pics.
(PS: I know Mermay is already past to Julyβ¦ BUT Iβm finishing the prompt, so hang in there).
Here youβll see that she is looking at the βrabbit holeβ under the sea. Used all white gouache to paint over her frill tail (with a tiny tint of blue). For the halter neck top, it was actually based on one of her shrinking outfits she wore in Underland. s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/2β¦
Also, the mermaid tail was similar frill that I did for Victoria Everglotβs (last year) with the tutorial pic - but a bit more sliim and less wide:

Few more to go. Enjoy.

Awesome picture! I really need to rewatch Alice In Wonderland again. BTW the pose almost reminds me a little bit of the scene from TLM when Ariel and Flounder go inside a sealed cave to admire her collection of human artifacts.
